Hey everyone!
So this blog post I decided I'd go over the movies I want to see this year. I know I'm going to be spending over £100's in cinemas this year because there are so many good movies coming out this year! So far we've had Taken 3, which looks amazing, and there are so many more! Here's the list then:
- The Duff - This is released on February 20th and it features two of my favourite actors; Bella Thorne (who I used to have a huge addiction to!) and Robbie Amell (the one who has topless scenes in... everything). The film is about a girl who is the DUFF - Designated Ugly Fat Friend. It looks really good and I can't wait to see it!
- Insurgent - If you read my blog regularly, I don't even need to explain why I want to see this one. My all time favourite film and book is Divergent. This is the sequel and it's going to be amazing! March 20th is the release date!
- Furious 7 - I may be Transgender, but this is one of my favourite franchises. Fast And Furious 7 looks brilliant and after number 6, it'll be amazing how they top it off. It's also Paul Walkers last film before his death in 2013. Release date is 3rd April.
- Age Of Ultron - 3 years Marvel fans have had to wait for this! This film is going to tie together Thor, Captain America and Iron Man again in this incredible sequel. It also features Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, two characters who appeared at the end of CA:2. It'll be interesting to see the full plot. May 1st for this one!
- Paper Towns - We've all seen Fault In Our Stars and it was great! John Green's books are being adapted into movies and Paper Towns is my second favourite John Green book. It has love and mystery at the same time, and June 5th will be amazing!
- Fantastic Four - Fantastic Four was the first Marvel film I watched, and it was one of the most funny action films ever. Even better, it's on Now TV so I'll watch that tonight! Hopefully the remake will be as good as the other ones. 7th August is the release date.
- Maze Runner: Scorch Trials - I didn't like the first film but that was due to it being so different from the book. Saying that, the cast was great and I loved the book series so I'm still going to see number two. 18th September for Scorch Trials.
- Mockingjay: Part 2 - Since 2011 we have sat and watched Katniss survive the Captiol. This is the final part... The end of a legacy that kickstarted dystopia novels. As much as I hated the ending for Mockingay, I still want to see how they end the movie. May the odds be ever in its favour. 20th November for the final chapter.
- Mission Impossible: 5 - I love this series so much! Tom Cruise is probably one of my favourite male actors and he's one person I'm taller than! The series is witty but still doesn't lack on action, and it's pure brilliant. 25th December (Christmas!)
This is all my favourite films for this year!
Love you all,
Ems!
